Booking Terms & Conditions

At Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Omaha, we strive to provide a high-quality experience for all participants. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established the following booking policies for both trial classes and private lessons.

Trial Classes

When booking a trial class, we require a $25 deposit to secure your spot. By booking your trial class, you agree to the following terms:

• Deposit Policy: The $25 deposit is applied toward the cost of your uniform if you attend your scheduled trial class.
• No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled trial class or do not provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation/Rescheduling: You may reschedule your trial class if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. In such cases, your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled class.

Private Lessons

Private lessons offer personalized instruction tailored to your individual needs. By booking a private lesson, you agree to the following terms:

• No Refunds: All private lessons are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, missed appointments, or any other reason.
• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a private lesson, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will not be refunded or rescheduled.
• Usage Policy: Private lessons must be used within 6 months of purchase. Any unused lessons after this time will expire and cannot be refunded or credited.
• Membership Requirement: Booking private lessons does not grant access to group classes. Group class participation requires an active membership.

By submitting a booking for either a trial class or private lesson, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
