Immediate Cancellation Form allows you to give official notice of immediate cancellation for a fee of $240 or roughly the cost of what 2 months of a membership is. Simply purchase the Immediate Cancellation form, and we’ll send it to you for your signature. Once you complete and return the form, your membership will be canceled.
